10 Greenstead Street, Murarrie
It’s not too often we get to style a home this bright and airy, so you can bet we’ve made the most of it! This gorgeous two-level property is located in the eastern riverside suburb of Brisbane, Murarrie. We’ve chosen to dress it in a modern interpretation of coastal style to highlight the spacious interior.
Story Behind the Sale
With its four bedrooms and convenient location close to schools and shops, this house is what we refer to as a true family home – meaning the buyer will most likely be a family with children.
That is why we’ve styled one of the kids’ bedrooms with a single bed, so the buyers can clearly envision how much space there is if they were to put a double bed or a single bed in the rooms.
Result of the sale: It went under contract within a week! 😊
Living/Dining Area
The floor plan showed only one living and one dining area, but in reality, there were two living spaces. We wanted to emphasize how much extra seating can we fit in, so we turned one of the living areas into a conversational space (sofa and armchairs facing each other) and the other one into a media room (sofa facing the TV). Just like we do with all the properties we stage, we’ve kept the same style and the same colour palette throughout all the common areas downstairs, including dining to ensure continuous flow.
Master Bedroom
We’ve gone for ‘Tranquil Retreat’ style for this spacious master bedroom. Soft pastel colours are right on trend, including subdued hues of the beautiful and romantic pink. We have muted the rest of the colour palette to prevent the look from being overwhelmingly feminine.
