OPTION 1
Full Stage
For vacant properties
The home is empty, so we bring everything. Furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, soft furnishings, accessories – the whole property campaign-ready, room by room.
This is the most common approach when a seller has already moved out or the property is between tenants.
OPTION 2
Integrated Stage
For occupied properties
Still living in the home? We blend our furniture with yours so the property presents for buyers without you having to move out.
Our furniture is insured for fire and theft, and you can use it like your own – including the beds. We’ll work with your stylist to identify what stays, what goes into storage, and what we bring in.
OPTION 3
Partial Stage
For targeted budgets
We focus on the rooms that move buyers most – usually the main living space, master bedroom, and sometimes outdoor areas.
For partials, we’ll ask for a walkthrough video so we can build a plan around the spaces that matter most to your campaign.

WORKING TO YOUR BUDGET
Flexible scope. Honest recommendations.
Budget is often the deciding factor on whether a seller engages a stylist. We get that.
Our minimum investment starts at $3,200, and from there we tailor the scope to what makes sense for your property and your sale. We’ll show you the full stage first, then scale back if needed.
What we won’t do: cut corners on the rooms we do stage. If we’re working a partial, the rooms we touch are styled to the same standard as a full stage. Half-finished doesn’t sell homes.

Stage Now, Pay Later

We Lock It In
You approve the quote, we confirm install timing with you or your agent. Most sellers line install up with photography day so everything is fresh and photo-ready.

We Stage the Home
Our team arrives with trucks of furniture and accessories. Install is 3-4 hours on site. You’ll get sneak-peek photos from your lead stylist once it’s complete.
