Story Behind the Sale

We have been contacted directly by the Agent, whom we have done a lot of work for in the past. The owners live in Vietnam, so they needed an experienced team they can rely on to do a great job selling their investment property.

We’re proud to say that we got an amazing result in the end – it was under contract within a month!

Living & Dining Area

We wanted our styling to highlight the beautiful designer features. Because it was a newer build, we’ve decided to bring in a modern, contemporary touch. The colour palette of our furniture and decorations was dictated by the home’s fixtures (black & grey curtains, timber floors, etc.). We matched oaks & blacks across both areas – living and dining, while still maintaining a light and airy feel.

Bedroom

In the master bed, we had to slightly adjust the colour palette because of the beige carpet (mixing grey and beige is a big no-no in the styling world).

The VJ panels provided a beautiful contrast with a beige bedhead and pops of navy blue across the bedding added to the overall sense of opulence and luxury.
