Property Styling Vs Virtual Styling
This property was virtually styled prior to the seller getting us through. The problem with virtually styling is that it tricks a buyer into expecting something and then your property under delivers, leaving the buyer disappointed and not remembering your home favourably.
So what did we do differently? We styled the property with higher end furniture, using pieces that were warm and inviting. True to Scandinavian style, the styling was minimal to create a spacious feel in smaller sized apartment. Our beautiful mirror helped with light and plenty of greenery gave the space a fresh feel.
The end result. A property that went under contract with the first two open homes and a buyer who purchased the furniture package!
