Partial Styling
The owners were downsizing from this 7 bedroom property that had been family home of 25 years. Most of the existing furniture was plastic or dated and didn’t reflect the price they were chasing at the sale. This is why we were recommended.
The home had 8 different living spaces, 7 bedrooms, a bar and some beautiful outdoor areas. Styling this entire home as a vacant property didn’t make sense cost wise, so we worked the pieces that were suitable. Everything else we took to storage for the client.
The formal dining table – Italian marble with walnut timber base, set the tone for the styling. We styled the home to appeal to older families, with grandkids in the picture. The end result? The property sold and was unconditional when we collected at the end of the 6 week hire!
