The owners of this home spared no expense with their renovations. It was perfect and on trend with Hamptons style homes in hot demand throughout Brisbane. The property was styled by another company and listed but without a successful sale. The listing changed hands and we were asked to style. Exciting but it gave us the tricky task of changing up the styling enough, that the home presented differently but still aimed towards the same market!

Rather than style with the traditional hamptons feel (white, white, navy and white), we changed it up with coastal hamptons feel. We complemented the grey interior with soft pastels and grey fabrics. It was important we keep the home feeling plush and high end. The end result? Contract one from the first open home crashed. Even better, contract 2 was a higher sale price and settled without issue!
