This sellers agent got in touch with us, to see whether we could accommodate. The property was a gorgeous 5 bedroom Queenslander, lovingly renovated and in one of Brisbane’s luxury suburbs. Key factor was a 3 day turn around in Spring! But of course we could help.
The builder had one request, to keep the styling light and bright. So we styled with cream fabrics and warmed the space with our feature leather chairs. With nice big bedrooms, we styled with Queen ensembles to highlight the space and kept the finishes high end and luxurious to complement the home.
The styling was designed with a modern, young family in mind. The end result? The property was under contract when we collected the styling at 6 weeks and was in the Top 10 Brisbane Sales the week it settled!
