The seller of this property first got in contact with us through our Online Quote form on our website. We popped around to his property to find a beautifully renovated seaside cottage. The interior had a simple colour palette, white walls with black accents and grey cabinetry. With ocean views though, the styling needed to resonate with the price tag and not just with first home buyers.
We styled with a young professional couple in mind. Classic, monochrome furniture with a splash of colour in the bedrooms. Lots of greenery and an L-shaped outdoor lounge to emphasise outdoor living space. The end results? The property sold before auction and the new owners asked for a shopping list of the furniture!
