FREE QUOTE

Simply send us the floorplan with some basic information about the property and we will provide you with a free online quote within the next 24 hours.

STEP TWO

CONSULTATION (if required)
Some homes need to be seen in person. If that’s the case, one of our Foxy Property Stylists will come to you and provide recommendations on how to best showcase the house for sale.

STEP THREE

WE WORK OUR MAGIC

Our stylists will work hand in hand with any tradespeople to prepare your home for sale, adding furniture, art and accessories to your home where needed.

What are our payment options?

  • UPFRONT

    Pay the full amount upfront and you will receive a 5% discount.

  • STAGE NOW, PAY LATER

    Pay 20% upfront and the remainder within 30 days of installation.

  • FOXY FIRST CLASS

    Our premium No Sale – No Pay home staging package, available for our partnering agents only. 

    • You only pay for styling when you sell your home – from settlement.
    • We don’t take payment upfront – so you’re not out of pocket.
    • If your home doesn’t sell, you don’t pay a cent – no risk.
