In our previous warehouse, we never came up with a real solution to store our greenery. After lots of drafts and different ideas, a greenery wall is what we came up with! A garden cage from Bunnings attached to the wall, and some buckets zip-tied to that not only gives us plenty of space, but looks after the greenery so well and helps with those trickier types of stems to store, like gumnuts or cotton! Have you got any better ideas? We’d love to hear them!

Our client requested our most unique pieces and for an injection of colour. As a styling company, we don’t own very unique pieces as they can be polarising but we definitely have colour! An industrial spin to a contemporary Olive and Purple colour palette, we were inspired by the owners existing artwork. An inner city property for an agent we have worked with many times, and one we wanted to make feel more unique. We have been doing a lot of contemporary styling for this agent lately, but with a stunning new dining table arriving, we took inspiration from it. The result was an elevated coastal look with a modern twist.

We often get asked whether to present a study or office as a bedroom or a second living area. The answer is almost always the same, a bedroom or a living space will typically add more value and lead to a higher sale price.

This home was a perfect example. The upstairs living space was tight but worked beautifully as a second living instead of a study, turning a four bedroom home into one with two living areas. The result was a layout that appealed to more buyers and maximised the home’s potential.
