How much does home staging cost?
Every home is different – layout, size, number of rooms and the amount of furniture needed all play a part.
But here are ballpark figures (incl. GST) to give you a feel for typical pricing:

Typical Home Staging Costs

  • 1 bed townhouse – from $3,200

  • 2 bed townhouse – from $3,400

  • 3 bed house – from $3,800

  • 4 bed, 1 living – from $4,400

  • 4 bed, 2 living – from $5,400

  • 5 bed, 2 living$6,000–$7,000

  • 5 bed, 3 living$7,000–$8,000

These ranges cover furniture hire, full styling (see below), delivery, setup and pack-up, and an 8-week hire period (4 weeks paid + 4 weeks free).

Our minimum investment starts at $3,200.

What Gets Styled in a Full Stage

We don’t just style the bedrooms and living spaces and call it done. A full Foxy stage covers the whole home, room by room, so the property reads as cohesive and considered from the moment a buyer walks through the door.

Living and dining areas

Sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, side tables, dining table and chairs, sideboards where the space allows. Layered with rugs, artwork, lamps, cushions, throws, books and decorative pieces chosen for your specific property and the buyer demographic it’ll attract.

Bedrooms

Beds, bedside tables, lamps, fresh linen, throws, cushions, artwork and mirrors. The main bedroom is treated as a retreat. Secondary bedrooms are styled with the same intent, scaled appropriately to the room and how a buyer would use it.

Bathrooms

Fresh towels, accessories, plants and considered decor on basin and bath. Bathrooms are often where buyers form quick yes-or-no judgments, so we treat them with the same care as the main living spaces.

Kitchen

Kitchen styling and accessories that lift the space without cluttering it. The goal is for buyers to picture themselves cooking and living there, not to fill every benchtop.

Outdoor and entertaining areas

Outdoor furniture, soft furnishings and styling, scaled to the size of the space. A small balcony gets a different treatment to a full alfresco area, and we’ll quote based on what your property has.

Hallways and entry

Console tables, artwork, mirrors and small decorative pieces where appropriate. First impressions count, so we make sure the entry sets the tone for the rest of the home.

Every Foxy stage is built around the same principle: the whole home, presented to its strongest buyer market, ready for photography and open homes from day one.
