Foxy Home Staging is looking for an energetic and motivated Consultation Stylist, based at our warehouse in Acacia Ridge.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for someone who is bright, energetic, and full of initiative. As a Senior Stylist you’ll form part of the senior leadership team. You will lead and develop our Styling team in alignment with the strategic ambitions of the business, ensuring our high styling standards are met and delivered to our clients and agents.
You will be responsible for the selection of furniture and accessories from our warehouse, packing jobs, client interactions, client visits, quoting and overseeing a productive working environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage direct reports creating a culture of inspiration, creativity, collaboration and accountability
- Consistently demonstrate strong leadership qualities – specifically strong communication, positivity, vision, humility and empathy
- Onboarding, training, supervising and mentoring of staff
- Working within a timeline to put together customised home-staging projects
- Selecting and preparing for dispatch of accessories and furniture items for projects.
- Hands on packing/unpacking for Property Styling projects.
- High levels of communications with Directors, Lead Stylist, Stylist Assistants and Logistics teams.
- Coordinating and conducting design proposal appointments, meeting with vendors and agents, advising the best way forward in readying their home for sale
- Preparing, submitting and following up design and sales proposals in a timely fashion
- Maintaining stock in warehouse in preparation for projects.
- Provide directions and support to logistics team during projects installations and collections.
- Organise collection of inventory with clients and logistics team.
- Representing our company values and becoming a key driver of positive culture within our business
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TEAM:
Not everyone is cut out to work with us. To be seriously considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Stylist is highly desired
- Experience in leading a team
- Customer-focused, team-focused, results-driven and people-orientated
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude and fun-loving personality
- Ability to simultaneously manage priorities and solve problems
- Resourcefulness and flexibility
- Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid Driver’s Licence and a reliable car
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task on a daily basis
