Experienced Removalists

A quick intro from our team. How our installs differ from standard removals, what a day on the trucks looks like, and how the hiring process works.

THE ROLE:

This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role for someone who already knows their way around a truck and a tight install window.

You’ll be running trucks, leading installs across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, problem-solving on the fly, and stepping up as a leader on site. You’ll work alongside a crew of removalists and stylists who hold a high standard and expect the same from you.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Running trucks and leading installs from start to finish
• Loading and unloading safely, efficiently, and fast
• Moving between jobs throughout the day and keeping the whole run on schedule
• Problem-solving on site when access, timing or the unexpected gets in the way
• Setting the pace and the standard for the crew around you
• Working alongside Stylists, teammates, and clients with professionalism and positivity

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re after someone with real removals experience and the judgement that comes with it. You don’t need us to tell you how to load a truck or read a job – you already know.

You’ll thrive in this role if:

• You’ve got 5+ years of removals experience behind you
• You hold an MR licence or higher
• You stay calm and think fast when a job goes sideways
• You’re reliable – the person the team can count on
• You take pride in doing the job properly, not just quickly
• You can lead on site without being asked twice
