Questions
Can I live in the home while it's staged?
Yes. We blend your furniture with ours so you can keep living comfortably. Our furniture is insured for fire and theft, and you can use it like your own (yes, even the beds). The only thing not covered is accidental or pet damage, so we'll have an honest chat upfront.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from $3,900 for a vacant home and $4,100 if you're still living in it, incl. GST. That covers furniture hire, styling, delivery, setup, pack-up and an 8-week hire (4 weeks paid, 4 weeks free). Your quote is specific to your home and lasts 30 days.
How soon can you install?
We run more than 10 installs a day with our own furniture, eight trucks and 55+ people in-house, so we don't wait on anyone else. We'll confirm timing in your quote and line the install up with your photography day.
What if I don't like something?
If we got something wrong, we fix it at no charge: a faulty piece, something quoted and not delivered, a sofa that doesn't suit the room. If you'd like something different to what was quoted, we can do that too, usually with a fee because it's a second job. Staging is built around broad buyer appeal, so your stylist may recommend something you wouldn't choose yourself, and that's deliberate.
